I learned every hat
before I handed one off.
I'm Michaela, co-founder of M&M Dynamic Duo. I built this business around something I wish I'd had earlier: experienced, premium-quality operational support for small businesses, without a requirement to commit to a huge retainer before the work even makes sense.
Start with one problem. Scale when it makes sense.
The real version
When I started my business, I needed an assistant but couldn't justify a full-time hire or the big monthly retainers on offer. Some months there were only a few things to delegate. Other months I needed someone who could take ownership and move quickly. For almost a year I did without the support I needed.
That experience shaped M&M Dynamic Duo. I believe small businesses deserve experienced people, excellent standards and support designed around the actual work, not a payment model that makes you buy hours you might not use.
Big-business thinking. Small-business reality.
A $5,000 monthly agency package might be right for a larger business. It isn't the only way to get great work done. We work through projects, task-based packages and tailored ongoing support. We scope deliverables clearly, stay realistic about budget and review what's working as a business grows or its priorities change.
How I work
We don't treat a founder's business like an interchangeable checklist. We learn your voice, your customers, your systems and your priorities. We care about getting the work done well, not simply filling a timesheet. If a smaller package fits, we'll say so. If priorities shift, we discuss scope and next steps rather than forcing you into unnecessary work.
Our work is guided by faith, integrity and a belief in giving back to our communities. We work with people from all backgrounds and aim to treat every client and business relationship with care, fairness and respect.
And I'm not entirely solo
Behind the scenes, there's Meshari.
Meshari is my co-founder and the technical backbone of how we build. While I am in your operations and client-facing work, he brings engineering, project-management and QA thinking to the systems underneath it.
You work directly with me day to day, backed by the Duo when the work needs more technical depth.
