Shipping charges and free-delivery offers
You will be able to review applicable shipping charges before placing your order. Any free-shipping offer applies only when it is clearly displayed on the store and the stated qualifying conditions are met at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Delivery and dispatch periods can vary by product, fulfilment location, courier, destination and operational conditions. The applicable product, checkout or order information will provide the expected dispatch or delivery information available for your purchase.
Products in the same order may sometimes be dispatched separately if they are fulfilled from different locations.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after the order has been prepared for dispatch. Tracking events and delivery timing are controlled by the relevant courier after collection.
Delayed, damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel appears to be delayed, arrives damaged, is delivered incorrectly or cannot be located, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate the shipment and help determine the appropriate next step.
