Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the MM Collection online store at mmduocollection.co.za. MM Collection is operated by M&M Dynamic Duo in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, limit or waive a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited or waived.

Products and product information

We sell or may sell physical products and digital products, including downloads, guides, templates, ebooks, online courses and related access. We aim to describe products, prices, included items, delivery methods, licences and important limitations accurately. Images may be illustrative and display can vary by device.

Product-specific terms, licence conditions and notices displayed before purchase form part of the terms applicable to that product.

Prices, promotions and payment

Prices and applicable charges are shown in the store and at checkout. Any promotion, discount or free-shipping offer is subject to the eligibility conditions, dates, exclusions and other terms displayed with that offer. We do not intend comparative or promotional pricing to misrepresent a previous or usual selling price.

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. An order may be declined or cancelled where reasonably necessary and lawful, including for suspected fraud, an inability to supply the item, or an obvious material error. Where we cancel an accepted paid order because we cannot supply it, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with law and our Refund Policy.

Physical-product fulfilment and delivery

Physical products may be fulfilled directly by MM Collection or by third-party fulfilment or dropshipping partners acting in the supply chain. Available delivery options, charges and expected dispatch or delivery information are provided through the store, relevant product information, checkout or order communications.

Our use of a third-party supplier or courier does not by itself remove consumer rights that apply to a transaction with MM Collection.

Digital products

Digital purchases are also subject to our Digital Product Terms. Unless an applicable product listing and licence expressly grant broader rights, purchasing a digital product does not grant permission to copy for distribution, resell, sublicense or claim authorship of that product.

Where a product includes master resale rights (MRR), private label rights (PLR) or another commercial licence, the product-specific licence defines the rights and restrictions.

Educational content and earnings

Courses, guides and other educational products are provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee income, profit, sales, business performance or any specific outcome. Results vary according to factors outside our control, including the customer’s circumstances, skills, effort, implementation and market conditions.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Returns, cancellations, refunds, repairs and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy, product-specific terms and applicable law, including South African consumer law where applicable.

Acceptable use

You may not use the store to engage in unlawful activity, interfere with store security or operation, submit fraudulent information, misuse another person’s information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or content.

Intellectual property

The store design, branding, text, graphics and digital content are owned by or licensed to MM Collection, M&M Dynamic Duo or the applicable rights holder. Use of purchased digital content is governed by the licence supplied with that product.

Third-party services and links

Shopify and other third-party providers may supply technology, payment, fulfilment, delivery, digital-access or other services used by the store. Third-party websites and platforms may have their own terms. These terms do not make us responsible for matters that are legally the responsibility of an independent third party, but they also do not exclude any responsibility that applicable law places on us.

Privacy

Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy before providing personal information through the store.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for losses that applicable law allows to be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection that applies to a customer under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the store, products, suppliers, technology or legal requirements. The version that applies to an order is the version applicable when the order is placed, unless the law provides otherwise.
